Main Material Grades
- 201 Grade: Low-cost stainless steel binding wire with moderate rust resistance, only suitable for dry environments such as hay bundling.

- 0.7mm (22 Gauge): For steel bars below 12mm diameter.
- 0.9mm (20 Gauge): For steel bars from 12mm to 25mm diameter.
- 1.2mm (18 Gauge): For steel bars over 25mm diameter.
Manufacturing Process
- Annealing: High-temperature annealing is carried out to improve toughness, release internal stress and control wire hardness.
- Surface cleaning: The wire is cleaned and polished to achieve a clean, bright finish.
- Forming & quality inspection: The wire is wound into large coils. We strictly test dimensional tolerance, tensile strength, roundness to avoid oval wire, and check flexibility and hardness for every batch.
