- Grade A: Low strength, excellent toughness and ductility, and easy to form. Typical grades include SWRH62A and SWRH67A.

Manufacturing Process
- Raw Materials: High-carbon steel such as 65# or 70# steel or alloy spring steel such as 50CrVA wire rod is used.
- Pretreatment: Surface scale and oil are removed, followed by a “pickling-phosphating-saponification” treatment to form a lubricating film.
- Drawing: Multiple cold drawing passes are performed to gradually reduce the wire diameter to the target specification, while simultaneously cold-working and hardening the wire.
- Quenching: The wire is then heated to the Ac3 (austenitizing temperature) of 850-950°C, held at this temperature for a specified period, and then rapidly cooled.
- Oil Tempering: The wire is then placed in engine oil at 250-500°C for tempering.
- Post-Processing: Surface finishing such as polishing and rust prevention can be performed. Galvanizing and phosphating can also be performed as needed. Finally, the wire is cut and coiled to form the finished product.
