Recommended Applications for Different Zinc Coatings
The weight of the zinc layer (unit: g/m²) directly determines the corrosion resistance life of the plate, and is usually represented by “Zxxx”.
- Z100-Z120: Normal environments, such as dry indoor environments.
- Z180-Z200: Moderately corrosive environments, such as outdoor air and well-ventilated locations.
- Z250-Z275: Highly corrosive environments, such as humid areas, coastal regions, and chemical plants.

Production Process
1. Material Selection and Preparation
High-quality soft-galvanized steel is used as the base material to ensure stamping formability and basic rust resistance.
2. CNC Punching
High-precision CNC punching machines and custom dies are used to punch the sheet metal at high speed and with high precision, ensuring a clean, burr-free hole pattern.
3. Surface Treatment and Customization
Cutting, hemming, and surface passivation treatments are performed as required to prevent storage corrosion. Decorative coatings can also be applied to enhance weather resistance upon request.
Pre-painted Gi Perforated Sheet
Color-coated GI perforated sheet is a composite product based on galvanized perforated sheet with a surface coating. It combines the corrosion protection of galvanized sheet with the decorative and enhancing properties of a coating. A variety of colors, gloss levels, and special effects are available. Common coating types include PE, SMP, HDP, and PVDF.
