Production Process

High-quality carbon steel wire rod → multi-stage wire drawing equipment → heat treatment to eliminate internal stress → hot-dip galvanizing (immersion in molten zinc to form a thick zinc layer) / electro-galvanizing (electrolysis to form a uniform thin zinc layer) → twisted into rope by a rope twisting machine → full performance testing → packaged in rolls or bundles after passing inspection (outer film coating optional).

Electro-galvanized and hot-dip galvanized steel wire rope

• Hot-dip galvanising: The zinc layer is thick and forms a zinc-iron alloy layer, offering stronger corrosion resistance. It is suitable for long-term exposure to harsh environments such as outdoors, humid areas, and marine conditions, with a service life of several decades, making it the preferred choice for high-demand projects.
