• Material selection and pretreatment: Use low-carbon steel wire as raw material, and pre-treat by straightening. Or directly choose galvanized wire.
• Automatic feeding and cutting: Use automatic feeding equipment to feed the steel wire to the cutting device. Cut accurately according to size.
• Bending and combined ring: Feed into the bending forming equipment to form the basic shape of the chain link. Through the combined ring operation, the single chain link is connected into a continuous mesh structure.
• Galvanized treatment: If low-carbon wire is used as the raw material, this step will immerse the chain link mesh in molten zinc liquid to form a uniform zinc layer on its surface.

• Material preparation: Use low-carbon steel plate or galvanized plate as raw material, and cut according to product specifications.
• Stamping and stretching: Put it into a large-scale precision steel plate mesh punching and shearing machine, and apply high pressure to the metal plate through the mold. First, evenly distributed holes are punched out on the metal plate, and then the hole diameter is expanded through the stretching equipment to form a specific mesh arrangement structure, so that the metal plate forms a metal mesh surface with diamond-shaped holes.
• Galvanizing: In order to improve corrosion resistance and appearance, a zinc protective layer is formed through hot dip plating process, which can be used outdoors or in high humidity environments.
