Core Technology

• Cutting: Using a die, rows of slits are cut into the entire roll of stainless steel.
• Stretching: On a specialized stretching machine, the cut steel sheet is stretched to both sides, expanding the slits into a diamond-shaped mesh.
• Flattening and Cutting to Length: The stretched mesh is flattened to eliminate internal stress and then cut to size as needed.
