Professional installation steps

• Foundation construction: Column spacing ≤2m, 80×80mm galvanized square tube is recommended. Pre-buried depth ≥50cm (deepening is required in frozen soil areas)
• Net surface fixing: first fix the four corners, then tighten the middle, use stainless steel tie, spacing ≤50cm.
• Special treatment: install rubber sheath at the corners, double reinforcement at the door frame position.

Production process

1. Raw material preparation

Use low-carbon steel wire or galvanized steel wire as the base material to ensure that the toughness and strength meet the requirements; prepare green PVC powder or other coating materials.

2. Steel wire pretreatment (if not galvanized)

Derust and clean the low-carbon steel wire to remove surface impurities; Hot-dip galvanizing or electro-galvanizing can be selected to enhance the rust resistance of the base material.

3. Weaving and forming

The steel wire is woven into a hexagonal mesh structure through a weaving machine to control the hole size, mesh flatness, and overall size. The process ensures that the steel wire and mesh are firmly connected without damage or looseness.

4. Surface coating treatment

The woven mesh is degreased and phosphated, and a uniform green coating is formed through a plastic dipping or spraying process. After high-temperature baking, the coating is tightly combined with the steel wire.

5. Cutting and quality inspection

The mesh is cut into standard sizes according to specifications; optional edge treatment, such as hemming and trimming, is available to check the mesh size, coating thickness, adhesion, rust resistance, and appearance. Then package and label.

1. About stocking density

The number of chickens a 1,000 square meter enclosure can accommodate depends on the farming method. Traditional cages can accommodate 3,000-4,000 chickens, while our green PVC cages are more suitable for ecological free-range farming. The recommended density for laying hens is 800-1,000, and for broilers is around 1,500.

2. About the installation tool

In addition to conventional tools, we especially recommend the following professional equipment: ① Hydraulic tensioner (3-5 tons of tension) to ensure that the mesh surface is flat and not loose; ② Special shears for galvanized steel wire to prevent ordinary scissors from damaging the cutting edge; ③ Laser level to ensure straightness.

3. About service life
