Customer Background
This is the first time that this Vietnamese customer is working with Wanzhi Steel. We have been in close contact with him until now. The customer wants to be a local agent. We all know that when the steel wire is thinner, we can wind it on a wire spool reel, which is a kind of metal spool.
He used to sell power cable reel, wire reel, stainless steel wire spool.
Now he wants to purchase some 12 gauge wire spool, 16 gauge wire spool, 8 gauge wire spool, 6 gauge wire spool, 10 awg wire spool, and 52 tons aluminum wire spool.
He is looking forward to receiving the shipment and starting his project on time.

What is Galvanized Spool Wire?
It is a fine steel wire. Also called Shafting wire, which means that various metal wires are wound on the shaft by a precision shafting wire machine.
Its wire diameter is typically 0.18 mm – 0.5 mm. To produce products such as cleaning balls, masks, and cutting wire, we can use them.

Process of Galvanized Wire Spool
The galvanized wire is processed by preferably low-carbon steel wire rod, which is formed by drawing, pickling and rust removal, high-temperature annealing, and hot-dip galvanizing. Processed by cooling and other technological processes. Tensile Strength: 300-600MPA.
