Both longitudinal and transverse reinforcements are 10 mm special-shaped steel bars; the bar diameter is H10, and the hole diameter is 200 mm x 200 mm. The “393” stands for the cross-sectional area per meter of width, which indicates the number of bars per meter of mesh width. This value is determined by the bar diameter and the mesh size. For example, the hole diameter of 252 mesh is the same as A393, but the bar diameter is 8 mm instead of 10 mm.
