The customer and his partners own several building material processing factories and maintain cooperative ties with interior decoration companies.

His core business is wooden furniture manufacturing, which consumes large volumes of nails during production. Since the nails are driven into timber, they must resist humid environments and other conditions that could trigger rust or structural failure.

Our Solution

We recommended hot-dip galvanized nails for his application. The customer placed an order of 100 tons covering 10 specifications:

Production Process for Croatia Galvanized Nail Project

Wanzhi Steel’s galvanized nails for wooden frames are manufactured from Q195 low-carbon wire rods.

The raw wire undergoes cold forging, pickling and rust removal, followed by continuous hot-dip galvanizing.
