Production process

1. Core Forming and Galvanizing

2. Preheating

The mesh is heated in a preheating furnace to ensure even and secure adhesion of the subsequent plastic coating.

3. Extrusion Coating (Dip Coating)

The heated mesh passes through a fluidized bed of molten PVC powder. The PVC immediately and evenly adheres to each wire, forming a continuous outer shell.

4. Cooling and Shaping

The mesh enters a water-cooling tank for rapid cooling. This allows the PVC coating to solidify from its molten state, becoming hard and smooth.

5. Processing and Assembly

The cooled mesh rolls are cut to size. Wire diameter and width are inspected, and the mesh can be rolled to customer specifications. The ends are then packaged in woven bags. The mesh can be shipped with accessories such as uprights.
