This customer was introduced by one of our Peruvian customers. The recommendation from Peruvian customers is enough to prove that our product quality has not disappointed customers and has stood the test of time.

The Peruvian customer once ordered more than 300 tons of PVC Coated Wire and Galvanized Razor Wire from our factory. Later, he introduced this Saudi customer to us. How Many Types Of Reinforcing Bars Are There?

What Is Heat Treated Steel Bar?

Heat-treated steel bars refer to steel bars made from hot-rolled medium-carbon low-alloy steel bars that have undergone quenching and high-temperature tempering treatment. High temperature treatment changes the internal structure of the steel bars, thereby achieving higher strength and toughness.

What Is Epoxy Coated Steel Bar?

Epoxy coated steel bars are steel bars that have been electrostatically sprayed with powder on the surface of ordinary steel bars. Specifically, epoxy resin powder is sprayed on the surface of the steel bars, and after curing and curing, a layer of epoxy resin film protective layer is formed. The layer thickness is between 0.15 and 0.3 mm. It is mostly used in the construction of houses in humid environments or containing corrosive media and is also used in the construction of fences, retaining walls, roads, and bridges. Which Environment Is Most Likely To Corrode Steel Bars?

1. The marine environment is generally considered to be the most susceptible environment for steel corrosion, mainly due to the high salinity of seawater, the oxygen-rich environment, the action of microorganisms, and the effects of wind, waves, and tides.
2. The atmospheric environment is also one of the important factors affecting steel corrosion, including climate change, air quality, the cycle of pollutant occurrence, changes in temperature and humidity, etc. When the humidity is high, moisture tends to form a continuous water film on the surface of the steel bar, promoting oxygen diffusion and facilitating corrosion.
