The customer is a local hanger manufacturer, producing clothes hangers in different colors, sizes, and styles for both residential use and commercial supermarkets.
Previously, he purchased bare metal hangers. Over time, the bare metal would develop rust stains, which contaminated the clothes. This led to many after-sales service calls. His end customers—including hotels and shopping malls—also explicitly requested PVC-coated hangers to improve product lifespan and appearance.

Application Note
The above specifications perfectly meet the customer’s needs for automated hanger production and anti-slip hanging lines. Additionally, the customer will use some of this coated wire to wire mesh for fencing applications.
Production Process
We strictly screen the chemical composition of incoming steel rod coils. The material is then cold-drawn through multiple passes to achieve the required diameter. The wire is subsequently submerged in a bath containing molten zinc for hot-dipped galvanizing, followed by a full PVC dip-coating process. The entire hot-dipped galvanized wire is completely encapsulated in PVC material, resulting in a surface free of defects and burrs.
Before leaving the factory, each batch undergoes the following inspections:
Wire diameter measurement
Salt spray testing (to verify corrosion resistance)
Tensile strength testing, and others

Packaging and Delivery
Since the customer is also a factory, the packaging did not use small, densely wound coils. Instead, we used large coils weighing 50kg each, with neat and even winding to facilitate smooth wire feeding on the customer’s automated equipment.
Packaging Method
The coils are secured with steel wire ties, wrapped with an outer layer of PE plastic film, and then covered with woven bags. This double-layer protection against moisture and abrasion fully meets the requirements of long-distance ocean shipping.
