Why is the steel grating galvanized?

Because the customer said that their use environment is relatively strict, galvanizing is an economical and efficient method. If it is not galvanized, it may be easily corroded, so galvanizing is required. After galvanizing, the PH is PH6-PH12. Because the frequency of use is extremely high, the customer hopes to galvanize three times. In an industrial environment, the life of the hot-dip galvanized steel grating can also reach 20-30 years. In addition, the surface of the galvanized steel grating is not only beautiful but also exquisite.

Wanzhi Steel-Yemen Project Production Process

1. Machine pressure welding: Use high-voltage pressure welding machine for welding

2. The tooth size strictly meets the size, and there must be no less than 5 teeth per 100mm.

3. The length of the edge weld is not less than 4 times the thickness of the load flat steel

4. When the edge plate does not bear the load: it is allowed to weld 4 load flat steels at intervals, with a spacing of ≤180mm;

5. When the edge plate bears the load, the edge plate and the load flat steel should be fully welded, and interval welding is not allowed.

Wanzhi Steel Packaging of GI steel grating – Yemen Project

About the packaging, there are generally three packaging methods:
1. Packing tape bundling, generally applicable to the more neat steel grating;
2. Screw rod fixing, using 4 screw rods passed through the aperture of the steel grating, with screws to lock the guarantee method;
3. Pallet guarantee, generally for export crating. Yemeni customers are packed on pallets.
Mainly according to the customer’s situation, if the goods are not much, and do not need to use a forklift loading and unloading, general bulk loading is more convenient. On the contrary, more goods, forklift loading, and unloading of the general packing will be more convenient, in short, all to the convenience of the customer, to protect the product during transportation does not produce cargo damage as a guideline.
