The client is a well-known Russian distributor of building materials and metal products, long serving major Russian construction companies and government infrastructure projects. This procurement aimed to provide raw materials for a large-scale municipal road reconstruction project and industrial plant construction. A large quantity of welded wire mesh was required for roadbed reinforcement and concrete pouring. The client had strict requirements for the product’s tensile strength and weld joint strength. Project Production
After receiving the order, Wanzhi Steel’s production department responded swiftly:
(1) Raw Material Selection
High-quality wire rod supplied by Shougang Group is used to ensure wire quality at the source.
(2) Intelligent Welding
A fully automated CNC welding production line is employed, using precise current and pressure control to ensure each weld is strong and uniform, with precise mesh size.
(3) Galvanizing
The partially welded mesh is then hot-dip galvanized in a high-temperature galvanizing bath. This ensures that all surfaces, including weld points, are protected with a uniform, dense zinc layer, imparting excellent corrosion resistance.

Quality Inspection
Quality is at the heart of every order. Our QC team conducts comprehensive quality control throughout the entire process:
First Article Inspection
Initially, the first batch of products undergoes a comprehensive inspection of dimensions and weld strength.
In-Process Inspection
During production, random inspections are conducted every two hours to check mesh size, wire diameter, and weld shear strength.
Final Inspection
All finished products undergo a visual inspection to ensure there are no missing or defective welds. Random samples are sent to the laboratory for testing of zinc coating thickness and tensile strength to ensure all specifications exceed customer requirements and international standards.

(1) Steel Strapping
High-strength steel strapping and metal strapping buckles are used to bundle the stacked mesh into a solid, unified unit, preventing it from sliding, unraveling, or deforming during transportation. White PE film is placed between the mesh sheets to prevent scratches.
(2) Clear Labeling
Each package is clearly labeled with waterproof labels indicating product specifications, weight, and batch number on the outer film packaging, greatly facilitating delivery and inspection at the destination port.
(3) Logistics Tracking
We commissioned a long-term professional shipping company and provided full logistics tracking information, allowing the customer to monitor the shipment’s progress in real time. Ultimately, the shipment arrived on schedule at the Port of Novorossiysk after 32 days.
