Production process

1. Raw material selection: Select high-quality low-carbon iron wire, galvanized wire, and the base material that meets the standard tensile strength.
2. Wire drawing: cold drawing, drawing the thick steel wire to the target diameter through the die, improving the surface finish, and lubricating.
3. Forming: weaving or welding method, according to customer requirements. Plain Weave, Twill Weave, Chain Link, or use welding equipment to cross-point weld the iron wire to form a mesh surface.
4. Hot-dip galvanizing: degreasing and cleaning, pickling and rust removal, plating assistance, hot-dip plating, cooling and blunting, strict process control.
5. Post-processing process: optional, PVC plastic coating, galvanized outer layer covered with PVC (thickness 0.2~0.8mm), provides a variety of colors (green, black, brown, etc.). Electrostatic spraying is also available.
6. Quality inspection: salt spray test, coating measurement, tensile strength, bending test, laser detection of aperture deviation. Mesh length and width, aperture, wire diameter, etc.
