An agricultural client from Morocco, who owns a large vineyard with 10 cultivation bases, needed a batch of high-strength galvanized binding wire and baling wire to secure the new season’s vines. He learned from one of our local Moroccan steel coil clients that we produce galvanized double-loop binding wire, so he contacted us.

• Product Specifications: Diameter 2.0mm, Single Roll Length 500m, Double doop Spacing 10cm.
• Purchase Quantity: 50 tons (approximately 1000 rolls).
• Material Requirements: High-carbon steel base material + hot-dip galvanizing treatment (galvanized layer thickness ≥80μm).
• Delivery Requirements: Door-to-port (Port of Casablanca, Morocco), delivery before the busy farming season.
• Payment Terms: 30% prepayment, 70% payment upon presentation of a copy of the bill of lading.

Project Solutions

1. Production and Quality Inspection

• Production Process: Upon order confirmation, our two fully automated production lines immediately commence operations. From precision wire drawing and continuous electro-galvanizing to fully automated double-loop buckle forming, everything is completed automatically to ensure consistent specifications.
• Quality Inspection: Adhering to the ISO quality management system, we implement triple inspection: incoming raw material inspection, random checks on the thickness and uniformity of the galvanized layer, and tensile strength and buckle toughness testing of finished products, ensuring that every roll of binding wire meets the tensile strength required by the customer.

2. Packaging and Shipping

• Customized Packaging: The customer requested that each roll of binding wire be wrapped in moisture-proof film and then secured with reinforced wooden pallets (20 rolls per pallet), effectively preventing deformation and damage caused by transportation collisions.
• Efficient Delivery: Through precise coordination via our internal ERP system, the entire process from production completion to customs clearance took only 3 days, fully demonstrating the speed advantage of our integrated process.

Overview of galvanized double-loop binding wire

Wanzhi Steel’s double-loop galvanized binding wire is made of high-quality Q235 low-carbon steel wire that has been galvanized and then machined into a continuous double-doop structure. Each doop is nested within the other, forming a flexible and high-strength mesh connection system. The zinc coating provides excellent rust and corrosion protection, making it widely used in construction, agriculture, horticulture, and packaging. It can be used to bind and secure pipes, fences, and crop supports, offedoop convenience and durability.
