Double wire fence meaning

Double wire mesh fence is made of high quality low carbon steel wire. Each welded point is welded with one vertical and two horizontal wires, compared with ordinary welded fence panels, double wire fence has higher strength and can withstand larger impacts and high winds. In other words, double wire fence panel has double horizontal large diameter rods attached on both sides of the panel. It is very popular in the Europe market. There are three types of surface treatment, including hot dip galvanized, powder coating or PVC coating, which can make double wire fence have a longer service life. The most common styles include 656 double wire fence and 868 double wire fence. 656 means the horizontal direction contains two 6mm thick wire, vertical direction is one 5mm wire.

Sturdy 868 twin wire mesh fencing

868 double wire fence is welded by 2 pieces of 8mm horizontal wires sandwiching 1 piece of 6mm vertical wire. We also produce 656 twin wire mesh and 545 wire fence. Among them, 868 mesh fencing is the most rigid and sturdy mesh, and 868 and 656 welded mesh panels are recommended.

3. Nuts: all nuts are self-locking nuts.

4. Column: square and rectangular columns are made of galvanized steel or coated with a special polymer on the surface, and column caps are required. The usual sizes are 80 × 80 × 2.0 mm, 60 × 60 × 2.0 mm, and 60 × 40 × 2.0 mm. Custom sizes will provide columns and special mounting holes.

5. 80 × 60 × 2.5 mm, 80 × 80 × 2.5 mm, 120 × 60 × 3 mm columns are available for top heavy-duty applications.

6. Conventional setlist: panel 2030 × 2500 mm + column (60 × 60, 80 × 80) + 4 fastening metal covers + 1 plastic cover (The size is for example, customized is accepted).
