The customer is a large-scale local mattress spring manufacturer with its own processing plant. It relies on importing high-strength spring wire from China for processing and production to obtain greater profit margins.

Project production process

1. Raw material selection: High-quality high-carbon steel wire rods are used to ensure high elasticity and durability.
2. Wire drawing process: Through precision drawing technology, the steel wire reaches the customer’s specified diameter.

3. Heat treatment: Quenching + tempering process is used to optimize the elasticity and fatigue resistance of the steel wire.
4. Surface treatment: Galvanizing or bright annealing is performed according to customer needs to improve rust resistance.

Quality Check

2. Production process sampling: monitoring key links such as wire drawing and heat treatment.

3. Finished product full inspection: Tensile strength, bending test, elasticity, toughness, and surface finish to ensure there are no defects. And size tests are carried out on each batch to ensure compliance with international standards (such as ASTM/AISI).
