On January 28, 2026, we completed the shipment of 180 tons of galvanized wire. This batch of products was shipped in nine 20GP containers and will be used in local construction projects such as rebar tying and concrete reinforcement wiring.

Lebanon is located on the Mediterranean coast, with humid air and high salt spray concentrations year-round. Therefore, there are special requirements for the corrosion resistance of products. In such coastal infrastructure projects, high-zinc galvanized steel wire or Galfan steel wire is the mainstream choice to ensure that it will not rust or age over a long period of time.

Our Lebanese client was recommended by our Moroccan client. He is a local construction contractor who, after winning the bid for the coastal highway and bridge project, specifically requested high-corrosion-resistant galvanized steel wire. He contacted us via WhatsApp, requiring a zinc coating thickness of ≥180g/m² to ensure lifespan in harsh environments.

Our Solution
Based on the client’s requirements, this product was manufactured using a continuous hot-dip galvanizing process. The zinc coating has strong adhesion and is thicker, perfectly suited for the client’s coastal applications. Each coil underwent third-party testing for tensile strength, zinc coating thickness, and salt spray performance, with SGS test reports provided concurrently.
We also prepared the necessary certificates of origin, FORM A Generalized System of Preferences (GSP) certificates, and a complete set of customs clearance documents in advance, simplifying the Beirut Port clearance process.
Furthermore, standard ocean shipping packaging was used to ensure safe and stable long-distance shipping, ultimately leading to the smooth construction of the client’s project.
