Spring climbing, winning the top — Wanzhi Steel spring team building trip
In the beautiful spring season, in order to enhance team cohesion and stimulate employees’ enthusiasm for work, Wanzhi Steel organized a unique spring team-building activity. The theme of this team building was “Spring Climbing, Winning the Top”, which led everyone to temporarily leave their busy work and walk into the embrace of nature, forging a closer team through challenges and collaboration.

Heading to Muzhaling: Embarking on a joyful journey
In the early morning, the sun shines in front of the company building. Employees gather early, their faces filled with excitement and anticipation. Taking the bus, we headed towards Luoyang Muzaling. Along the way, there is constant laughter and joy, colleagues either share interesting stories in life or enjoy the scenery along the way. The two-hour drive passed in a relaxed and happy atmosphere, and soon we arrived at the beautiful Muzaling.
Interesting opening: creating a unique “identity”
Before arriving at the destination, the team building quietly kicked off. The first activity was to give yourself a code name. In the team game, everyone got a new name that was full of creativity and personality. Interesting code names such as “Big White Goose”, “Golden Beans” and “Hanhan” emerged one after another.
After arriving at the destination, the “Straw Hat Elimination” game kicked off. Everyone competed in groups, and through tacit cooperation and quick reaction, they eliminated the snacks covered by the straw hats. The atmosphere was warm, and the two groups chased each other, and laughter came one after another. This game trained the communication skills and cooperation spirit of team members, allowing everyone to quickly integrate into the team.

Then, the Frisbee shooting and goal shooting pushed the team building to a climax. In the Frisbee game, the players threw accurately and showed their agility. Everyone encouraged each other and cheered for every hit.
Ground curling
The ground curling event tests the team’s strategy and collaboration ability. The team members carefully analyze the situation and plan each throw, experiencing the fun of competition in the back and forth.
Bonfire Night
As night fell, a bonfire was lit in the center of the camp. Everyone sat together and held a warm birthday party to send blessings to colleagues who had recently celebrated their birthdays. Each group prepared performances, including dances and songs… In the flickering firelight, everyone shared delicious food and talked about work and life.
Letters stacked high
On the second day, we played the last game: stacking letters. We worked in groups and stacked the letter blocks high and stable through clever use of force and patient operation. The blocks collapsed again and again, but we persisted to the end. This activity not only tested the team’s hands-on ability, but also cultivated everyone’s innovative thinking and teamwork spirit.

During the bonfire party, everyone voluntarily made a brief personal summary and shared their work experience. The company leader Mr. Wang also gave a speech, objectively analyzing and deeply describing the company’s growth history, and encouraged everyone to continue to work hard and strive for greater heights in the future.

Mountaineering Tour: Conquering Muzha Ridge
After lunch, we set out on a mountaineering trip. Muzhaling is full of mountains and green trees, and the fresh air makes people feel refreshed. During the mountaineering, we completed the three small tasks assigned by the coach. Along the way, everyone enjoyed the beautiful natural scenery. After more than two hours of hard work, the team members arrived at the top of the mountain one after another. In the fresh and beautiful mountain scenery, everyone was filled with a sense of accomplishment.

Team building summary
During this spring team building, Wanzhi Steel employees relaxed in nature, enhanced friendship through games, and surpassed themselves through challenges.
