The client, a local Philippine civil engineering contractor, had undertaken a soil erosion control project. Production Process

1. Raw Material Inspection: Low-carbon steel wire is used, and the weight and tensile strength of the galvanized layer are verified (≥350 MPa).

2. Machine Weaving: Double-twisted hexagonal structure weaving ensures integrity and flexibility.

3. Edge Reinforcement: Thickened galvanized steel wire is used for the edge wires to improve structural stability.

4. Sampling Testing: Each batch is sampled for compression, tensile, and salt spray tests to ensure load-bearing requirements are met.
