This client is a large local supplier of electrical equipment and materials, primarily supplying cables for large-scale infrastructure projects. They were looking for high-purity aluminum wire to meet the project’s power and tensile strength requirements. They were concerned about the product’s certification standards and delivery timelines. After a video tour of our office center and factory, they ultimately chose us. They stated that their goal was to find a reliable supplier of raw materials for the State Grid Modernization Project.

Raw Material Preparation
High-quality aluminum ingots are used, and composition testing ensures a purity of ≥99%.
Smelting and Casting
Continuous casting and rolling are used to control the melting temperature, and electromagnetic stirring technology is used to ensure uniform alloy composition.
Wire Drawing
Multiple wire drawing passes, combined with in-line annealing, ensure the aluminum wire achieves optimal mechanical and electrical properties.
Surface Treatment
Specialized treatment ensures a smooth, burr-free surface and a uniform oxide layer.

Quality Inspection
To ensure product quality complies with Egyptian ES and International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) standards, the company implements stringent quality control measures:
1. Raw Material Testing: Each batch of raw aluminum ingots undergoes spectral analysis to ensure chemical composition meets standards.
2. In-Process Quality Control: Hourly sampling tests are conducted for wire diameter tolerance, surface quality, and mechanical properties.
3. Finished Product Performance Testing:
(1) Conductivity Testing: All samples achieved a minimum of 61% IACS.
(2) Tensile Strength Testing: All samples achieved a minimum of 120 MPa.
(3) Elongation Testing: All samples achieved a minimum of 15%.
(4) Surface Quality Inspection: 100% passed surface finish testing.

Professional Packaging Solutions
In consideration of long-distance ocean transportation and high-temperature, high-humidity environments, the customer requested the following packaging based on our recommendations:
– Packaging using plastic spools with an internal waterproof and moisture-proof film, as well as coils and plastic film.
– Each spool is reinforced with steel strapping to prevent loosening during transportation.
– The outer layer is wrapped with moisture-proof canvas and secured with steel wire.
– Each packaging unit is marked with moisture-proof and impact-proof markings, as well as orientation indicators.
– Each packaging unit is clearly labeled with product information.

Shipping and Transportation
(1) Shipping Preparation: The goods were loaded at Tianjin Port in 40-foot containers.
(2) Shipping Route: Directly to Alexandria via the Mediterranean Sea, a journey of approximately 28 days.
(3) Customs Clearance Assistance: Complete certificates of origin, quality certificates, and customs documentation were provided to ensure smooth customs clearance.
The entire shipping process was completed smoothly, and the goods arrived at Alexandria three days ahead of schedule.
