Client Background

The client operates a modern ranch in Ukraine with over 400 Angus cattle. Now that winter has arrived, his old fence is showing signs of bending, rusting, and cracking. He decided to purchase a batch of tubular metal fencing panels that can withstand temperatures as low as -25°C, impacts, and de-icing agents. Production Process

1. First, Q235B hot-rolled coils of the specified grade are procured, and samples are taken for chemical composition and mechanical property testing to ensure the base material is qualified.

2. Then, the coils are fed into a high-frequency welded pipe machine to be formed into oval and square tubes of the specified specifications, and then cut to length.

3. Next, the crossbeams and posts are fixed by digital welding, and the weld slag is removed.

4. Finally, hot-dip galvanizing is performed. The panels are pickled, washed, coated, and dried. They are then immersed in molten zinc at 450°C for hot-dip galvanizing, followed by passivation and cooling to form a uniform zinc coating.

Quality Inspection

1. We conduct four inspections: incoming material inspection, in-process inspection, full inspection after galvanizing, and pre-shipment testing.

2. This comprehensive approach ensures the quality of the base material, welding quality, galvanizing process, zinc layer quality, toughness, and corrosion resistance.

Package

Each package consists of 22 panels, secured to a custom-made wooden pallet with high-strength steel straps for stability. The entire package is covered with a waterproof plastic tarpaulin and reinforced with steel mesh to prevent moisture damage during sea transport. Each package is labeled with customer information, product specifications, quantity, gross weight, and markings such as “Handle with Care” and “Keep Dry”.

In any country, autumn and winter mean products need to be weather-resistant. In Ukraine, however, autumn and winter present an investment window for upgrading fencing. Under conditions of repeated freeze-thaw cycles and intense livestock crowding, the hardness, chemical corrosion resistance, and rust prevention of the products must withstand the test.
