This client is engaged in the local metal packaging and lashing industry. They were searching online for suppliers of annealed steel wire for use in the production of baling wire, bundling wire, and rebar tying wire for delivery to end customers and nail factories. They stated that their annual purchase volume exceeds 500 tons.
Previously, they primarily sourced metal products through Russian channels, but this was their first time working with a Chinese manufacturer, resulting in an initial order of three containers.

Raw Material Selection
We selected Q235 low-carbon steel wire rod produced by Shougang and re-inspected its chemical composition and diameter.
Drawing
A mechanical shelling machine removes surface oxide scale, and then passes through six drawing dies, gradually drawing the wire to 9 Ga and 18 Ga.
Annealing
A key step in determining product performance, annealing at 680°C for 4 hours in a pit furnace removes hardening and improves plasticity and toughness.
Surface Treatment
Phosphating and saponification processes enhance rust resistance. Finally, an automatic coiler winds the wire into a neat, compact coil.
Quality Inspection
Our quality inspection department maintains a strict tolerance of ±0.02mm for the wire diameter. Mechanical performance testing demonstrates excellent performance: the wire survived over 18 torsion tests without breaking, and its tensile strength remains within the ideal range of 350-400 MPa, demonstrating an excellent balance of flexibility and strength. We also conduct 100% visual inspection of the surface quality to ensure it is free of rust and scratches. Each roll weighs 20kg ± 0.5kg to ensure accurate measurement.

Packaging
We utilize triple-layer professional packaging: an inner layer tightly wrapped with rust-proof paper to isolate air and prevent oxidation; a middle layer sealed in waterproof woven bags to withstand the challenging climate of cross-border transportation; and an outer layer assembled into pallets in 1-ton units, securely secured with film for easy loading, unloading, and storage. Each package is clearly labeled in both Chinese and Mongolian for easy access.
