GreenAgri, a Moroccan company, is an important long-term client of ours. Benefiting from the reliable performance of our previous two galvanized steel wire orders, when the client launched a new plantation project on the Atlantic coast and faced the challenges of a harsh marine corrosive environment, they contacted us immediately for solutions.

 

After learning that the Galfan (zinc-aluminum-magnesium alloy) coating offers 2-3 times the corrosion resistance of ordinary galvanized steel under the same conditions, the client decided to upgrade their material. We promptly provided samples conforming to ASTM A856 standards for testing, and the excellent performance prompted the client to place a formal order for 52 tons.

1. Description: The project site is adjacent to the ocean. The salt content and strong ultraviolet radiation in the air accelerate metal corrosion, making ordinary galvanized steel wire unsuitable for long-term use.

2. Solution: We recommend using Galfan-coated steel wire. Its coating composition (approximately 90% zinc + 10% aluminum, with trace amounts of magnesium) forms a denser, more self-healing protective film, particularly effective against chloride-ion corrosion and UV aging.

1. Description: The steel wire will be used to construct fences and palm tree trellises, requiring long-term resistance to wind stress and crop loads.

2. Solution: Provide high-strength grade products and ensure a strong bond between the coating and the steel substrate. We guarantee that the coating will not easily crack or powder during processing, bending, or long-term use, ensuring structural safety.

1. Description: The client wants to focus on project construction and has no time to handle complex export documentation.

2. Solution: We provide one-stop export services, handling all documentation, including accurate HS codes (7217.30.00) and phytosanitary certificates, ensuring smooth customs clearance at the Port of Casablanca.
