358 High Security Fence

It uses an ultra-dense 12.7×76.2mm mesh to form an insurmountable finger-grip-proof structure, combined with 4.0mm thickened vertical lines to prevent cutting, and is hailed as the highest level of solution for prison security.

3D Curvy Wire Mesh Fence

The wave-shaped reinforced structure is formed through a three-dimensional welding process, which combines beautiful curves with impact resistance. The 3D panel‘s transparent mesh structure provides physical protection while ensuring the integrity of the field of view.

Galvanized Chain Link Fence

It provides economical and reliable basic protection with a classic chain structure, and can achieve a leap in security level by loading modules such as razor wire and high-voltage electric grid to meet different levels of protection needs.

Total Quality Control

We strictly control the mechanical properties and chemical composition of raw materials. The tensile strength, yield strength, and elongation of the high-strength low-carbon galvanized steel wire used are all tested by both a spectrometer and a universal testing machine.

• Precision Welding: Fully automated resistance welding ensures strong and uniform welds. Weld tensile strength is tested using destructive methods, with no incomplete or missing welds.
• Zinc Plating: Hot-dip galvanizing process, coating thickness 70-100μm, passes standard salt spray testing.
• Powder Coating: High-quality outdoor-grade polyester resin powder is used, with a coating thickness ≥80μm. Adhesion is tested using a cross-cut adhesion test, achieving a grade 0 standard.
• Dimensional Accuracy: Laser rangefinders and calipers are used throughout the process to perform 100% inspection of mesh size, wire diameter, panel diagonal length, and warpage, with tolerances controlled within ±2mm.

Final Inspection

• Shear Resistance Test: Hydraulic clamps are used to simulate destruction, ensuring the mesh wires cannot be cut by conventional tools.
• Anti-Climb Simulation: Evaluates the mesh design’s effectiveness in eliminating gripping points.
• Coating Inspection: Re-verifies coating thickness, uniformity, and adhesion.
