The core process revolves around three main stages: forming, reinforcement, and surface treatment.

Process Details

Q235 low-carbon steel wire is straightened and cut to the target length for warp and weft wires. These are then automatically welded using resistance welding equipment to form a robust mesh. Next, square tubing or angle steel of the same material is welded around the mesh to form a frame, which is then hot-dip galvanized or powder-coated for rust prevention. The clips and metal base are also hot-dip galvanized or painted. Finally, the finished product undergoes quality inspection and packaging.

What wire diameter should be chosen for construction site protection?

Prioritize 3.8mm-4.5mm thick wire diameter fencing, paired with 20×30mm square tubing frames. Weld tensile strength ≥300N is essential to withstand impacts from construction tools and prevent unauthorized personnel from climbing over.

Why is hot-dip galvanized steel preferred in coastal areas?

Hot-dip galvanizing results in a 60-120μm thick layer. The zinc layer is metallurgically bonded to the steel wire substrate, providing over 3 times the corrosion resistance of ordinary painted steel.

How to match mesh size to isolation needs?

For personnel isolation: 50×100mm/100×100mm mesh is recommended. For pet/small animal isolation: 0×50mm fine mesh is recommended. For equipment/building material storage: 150×150mm-200×200mm.
