Production Steps

Q195 and Q235 low carbon steel wire rod → multi-pass drawing (cold drawing) → heating to approximately 1000°C and holding at that temperature → slow cooling → quality inspection → oiling for rust prevention (optional) → bundling and packaging (small coils / large bundles).

The annealed wire is coated with anti-rust oil and then treated with an “inner plastic, outer woven bag”. Commonly used in warehouses or humid environments where high rust prevention is required.

3. Small Roll Packaging (Portable)

0.5kg–3kg/roll, inner diameter 4.5–50cm, outer diameter 11–100cm, thickness 4–30cm. Customization is available upon request. Outer packaging is a cardboard box with an inner plastic film lining. Shipped per pallet of 1 ton. Small rolls are suitable for personal transport.
